How does the service work?

Once you have decided a Personal Chef is right for you, I will meet with you to discuss your food likes and dislikes, your nutrition requirements and any special dietary concerns you may have. As a trained professional I can tailor your menus to address any health concerns you may have such as low sodium, weight loss, diabetic diets, food allergies and so on.

You will fill out a food questionnaire so that I know exactly what foods to include in your menus. I will take this information and prepare a customized menu for you. Once you have approved the menu, we will schedule a cook-day.

On the cook-day I will go grocery shopping to make sure I have the freshest possible ingredients. I will arrive at your home with all my own cooking equipment. All I need from you is your kitchen - the stove, oven, fridge, freezer and sink.

I will prepare all meals according to our menu plan and leave the food in your fridge or freezer with detailed re-heating instructions.

I will clean up after myself leaving only the aroma of home-cooked meals behind.
